Voting for what?

What's this bullshit about voting for a Police Commissioner? What genius thought that up? How are we supposed to know who's best? I mean unless his name is Gordon, what chance have you got? So long as Batman gets to do his thing unfettered by bureaucracy who cares! Voting for a Police Commissioner... when they let me vote on the drugs laws, THEN I'll get off my arse and not before!
